RETURNS AND BONDS:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, you have fifteen days since you received your order, to communicate the exchange or refund .

Remember that only accept products that are in the same state it was delivered without damage or dirt. Please keep the packaging ( otherwise the customer will assume the depreciation of the value of the product ) , labeling the original with all accessories and documentation that accompanied it.

Please let us communicate it to info@syringa.es indicating " Change or Return" . Briefly explaining the details and send you a return code . You must include it in the shipment. Upon receipt of the code the carrier will contact you to provide you the product collection . Remember that this service has no cost to you. Help us make this task easier to streamline the process .

Changes in size , color ... for another product , must also attach the code you send to know your decision. Please specify your new choice. After confirming that the product is in perfect condition , as you give , it will proceed to change so you want provided that we have stock .

If your case is returning , after inspection , be shared with the repayment of their money using the same method of payment that I make the purchase , provided that the issuer permits. Otherwise the customer must indicate the account you want to make a refund .

Returns can not be accepted , for not meeting the requirements or to understand that the product has been used .

If the return is for manufacturing or errors by Syringa , proceed to the repair, replacement , reduction or termination of the contract negotiations to free the client.
